• Recovery of EMI dues through device locking alone

My EMI Locker is a technology service provider. We do not provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice. Partners are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, and applicable consumer protection laws regarding EMI-based device financing.

The Platform integrates with third-party OEM systems, payment gateways, and LOS/LMS platforms. The Individual is not responsible for delays, failures, or data inaccuracies caused by third-party systems.

• Delays caused by OEM server downtime or telecom network issues
• Actions taken by partners in violation of these Terms
